As a Pseudo Game Action, I want it.  Now, is it unwithdrawn?

Come to think of it, why do people withdraw Proposals?  It doesn't save you any Points, but, if people vote for them and they pass, you still get rewards.

I submit a proposal:

the Trigger to "No more than one Active Player is Alive", the Victor
to "The lone Active Player who is Alive, if any", and the Cleanup to
"All Players become Alive, then their Hit Points are set to 10".}

After all, staying Undead after it's been won would be rather annoying.

And I submit another proposal:

{In Rule 4E15:

After the list item "Conflicts (Range: all sets of other proposals;
Default: the empty set)", add the list item "Oppositions (Range: all
sets of other proposals; Default: the empty set)".

After the paragraph "If, in a set of two proposals, either lists the
other as a Conflict, those proposals are said to Conflict with each
other.", add the paragraph "If, in a set of two proposals, either
lists the other as an Opposition, those proposals are said to Oppose
each other."

Replace the text of the section "Conflict Culling" with:

{When Conflict Culling occurs, every Open proposal is processed in
descending order of Strength, and of Proposal Number when Strength is
equal. When a proposal is processed in this manner, if it is Won, then
every proposal that Opposes it becomes Lost, and every non-Lost
proposal that Conflicts with it becomes Shelved.}}

After all, some proposals actually make incompatible changes, while
others simply need to be merged later.

I withdraw my Proposal titled "Supporting/Objecting stuff", unless
someone wants it.
