The following events have happened.

Consultations 92, 95, and 96 have become pondered. Priest Wooble, please
assign a punishment to Codae. Wooble has been found to have exactly 195
macks. The following Rule changes have happened:

In rule 4E30 add to the list of items: "Quorum = See Quiggle"
In rule 4E15 replace the word "Quorum" with "a Quiggle".

Also please note that Aaron C, priest for Consultation 94, has forfeited. We
need a new Priest.

Wooble and comex have now also submitted a transaction each, both of which
turn out to be ineffectual.
