Grand Chancellor of B,
Let us speak as representatives of the two fellow, friendly Nomics, B Nomic 
and Agora. I observe that your own Nomic has a hole-ridden ruleset, which you 
have used quite brilliantly to gain your role as Grand Chancellor. However, 
the dictatorship you retain is a precarious one, and not one I'm entirely 
sure you *wish* to retain.

It seems to me that one flaw in your Nomic's laws are that the emergency 
system is within the flawed laws. This leaves B Nomic tarnished at the 
moment, with an uncertain gamestate.

Allow us of Agora to help you, by creating the following rule:

This nomic submits to Agora as its benevolent protector.

Any protective decree of Agora that targets this nomic takes effect
as specified by the rules of Agora.

No action may affect the interpretation or existence of this rule in any way.

This rule would allow the stronger neighbor of Agora to act in your Nomic's 
better interest, regardless of the state of your Nomic.
