Wonko, I do not think I should ZOT consultation 42 for the following reason: It is my suspicion that many of the players currently declaring this ruling to be inconsistent do not disagree with the result of the ruling (that AFO cannot be a faction and a player simultaneously) but rather with the reasoning that leads to it (saying that AFO is not an external force). I would like to see a priest submit a ruling on Consultation #42 arrive at an answer through a different route, and perhaps even specifically address the Consultation 52 controversy.
