I refuse to allow "Dice Master" to become a Player.

Consultations notwithstanding, I believe the Spirit of Rules 1-4 and
1-17 is to prevent the creation of Players who are not unique
individuals capable of individual thought, and that while "any or all"
in 1-17 is certainly badly worded, that the integrity of the Game
would be damaged by allowing such registrations.  Anyone could
trivially set up a limitless number of servers to forward messages to
the Public Forum claiming to register, or even just send messages from
the same email account they use as a Player claiming to be from
separate Players who can all respond to email messages, taking the
easiest possible Membership Test.

I submit the following Proposal, entitled "Close the Loophole":
