details for a device called the "Cudgel".

Unless 2 Objections are voiced, the following Blueprint will be created, and
the device available for purchase, at the end of nday 4:

      Conditions: Target player is Alive. This specific cudgel has not

      Trigger: Game Action by owner, clearly indicating target player.
