Consultation 15 was answered TRUE by Wonko.

Now, I'm not sure if it was legitimately assigned to em, or if the
answer came back too late, or what, but that's what I was remembering.

In any event, Wonko seems to have changed eir mind. :)

I also claim Consultation 15 to be Consistent (although this will only
work if doing so is legal.)
