[s-b] Proposal: Real Estate |
Proposal: Real Estate Dependent on "Currency" and "Devices" Create a new rule "real estate": {{ There is a game object "housing market." Housing market is a device owning object and a currency owning object. There is a non-unique device "place." There is an attribute "housing price": the scope is all place devices; the range is all positive integer values. The default value of housing price on all instances of place is 100. The default value of the device owner attribute of an instance of place is housing market. As a game action, a player may change the value of the device owner attribute of an instance of place to himself by giving an amount of mackerels equal to the housing price of the place in question to the housing market. Whenever the device owner attribute of an instance of place becomes a value that is not "housing market," the name of that instance of place becomes "(the value of the device owner attribute of the place) place." This action may be declared as "(player) purchases a place from housing market." [[Example: "Hobojoe purchases a place from housing market." That place then becomes Hobojoe Place. There may be many instances of a Hobojoe Place.]] }} Create a new rule "Alan Greenspan": {{ There is a post "Alan Greenspan." The initial Alan Greenspan is Hobojoe. In between nday 9 and 12, the current Alan Greenspan, as a game action, chooses the Alan Greenspan for the next nweek. A person cannot be the Alan Greenspan 2 times until everyone has been the Alan Greenspan 1 time. This patter of X and X-1 applies to all number of times that a person has or will have been the Alan Greenspan. [[Everyone must be the Alan Greenspan at least once until another round can be started.]] There is an attribute R: the scope is the Alan Greenspan; the range is any value from 0.02 to 2.00. The default value of R is 1.02. In between nday 9 and nday 12, the Alan Greenspan, as a game action, may increment the value of R by .02 or -.02. The value of R cannot be less than or equal to zero. If R would become less than or equal to 0.00, it becomes 0.02 instead. [[Whenever the Alan Greenspan would choose the next Alan Greenspan, he may also increment or decrement the value of R by .02.]] Whenever minigame game states are updated, the attribute housing price of all instances of place becomes R*housing price rounded up to a whole number. [[At the end of the week, all housing price attributes are multiplied by R.]] }} _______________________________________________ spoon-business mailing list spoon-business@xxxxxxxxx http://lists.ellipsis.cx/mailman/listinfo/spoon-business
