[s-b] proposal, extend commentability options

since we now use a wiki, maybe [[ and ]] (which mean "this is a link" in wikispeak) should be changed to something else.

I propose the following change:

replace the second paragraph of Rule 1-6 to read:

In each Game Document, with the exception of this paragraph, text between a forward slash+asterisk character combination and an asterisk+forward slash character combination or between double square brackets (that is, text between "/*" and "*/" or between "[[" and "]]") shall be deemed Comment Text. Comment Text has no direct effect on the state of the game, although it can be read.
