It can't be. Obviously, something is not quite right with the clock
script. I don't even see the ndelay on the clock page at the moment,
so I'm not sure what it's thinking.

To be perfectly clear, it is currently nweek 104, nday 10, with the
clock on and an ndelay of 0.
