Add the following bullet to Rule 9-15:

Game Object or type of Game Object
}}

[[ Preclude allowing a player to change the Gibberish
word to Nomic Word (i.e. the name of an Object that
already exists). If our reference dictionary happens to
suddenly include an entry that is the current Gibberish
Word we'll have to live with that. ]]

Insert after the second paragraph of Rule 9-16:

The Gibberish Word may not be changed to an 
English Word or a Nomic Word.
}}

[[ Preclude the Gibberish word from being the name
of a Talisman that already exists. I can see myriad
problems stemming from this act. ]]

If Proposal 318 passed, change the Gibberish
Word to {{ Axebezy }}.
