This is a little tougher to resolve. Clearly Peter gains double Amplitude. Eir Amplitude Amplifier completed Forging at the end of nDay 8 last nWeek. Triller is another matter. I could cite this bullet in 2-2 regarding precedence: * If one of the abilities is on a Rule, and the other is not, then the one that is not on a Rule takes precedence. However, it becomes a question of whether or not e in fact had the Talisman before the Props resolved. By this bullet in 2-2: * If both of the abilities are on a Rule, and those Rules are held by different Sections, then the Rule within the section with the lower section number takes precedence over the other. The Proposals resolve at the end of the nWeek by 3-3. Scoring (i.e. awarding of Amplitude) is defined in 3-4, and occurs when a proposal passes (see 3-3). By 7-2, Forging completes at the end of nDay 12. So, I believe that amplitude for voting and passing props is awarded before forging of talismans completes by the above citation. Triller does not receive double A bonuses for last nWeek's Voting & Proposing. See comex! 50 seconds can make quite a difference!
