So, I think my proposal to replace our normal prop limit with pens had
a not-so-small flaw in it... None of us have any pens, and they aren't
distributed until the beginning of the next voting period.

This places us in a bit of a predicament.

I'm not going to recognize Eugene's p300, since he had no pens with
which to submit it.

I'm going to submit a Tweak to try to fix this... But tweaks take a
week to resolve.

I'd love to see if someone has a better solution for this.

I turn my Clock Key to Off. Another minister has to do so as well in
order to stop time.
