[s-b] [auto] DQT submits p212

DQT has submitted a new Motion, p212.

---------------------------------
Motion 212/0: Golems V3.0
A Proposal by DQT
Last modified on nweek 95, nday 2

Add a new rule to section 3 with the following text:
{{
Each player has a Species. Players are Human by default.

There exists the following species:

== Human ==

Humans have no special advantages or disadvantages.

== Golem ==

Golems initially have a Health of 20, a Alertness of 10,
a Calm of 10, a Strength of 11, a Nimbleness of 2, and a Acuity of 2 instead of thier normal default values.
For purposes of determening the number of players in a Room, Golems count as 2 players rather than 1.
}}
Change the first paragraph of rule 3-19 to say:
{{
Each player belongs to a Class. A player may not belong to a class that eir Species is not eligible for. Any player may change eir class at any time, but the change will not take effect until the end of the nweek in which it is made. All Humans are initially of Class Boring Guy. All Golems are initially Rock Golems.
}}

Add the text "Only Humans are eligible for this class." to the description of all current classes.

Add the these classes to the list of classes in rule 3-19:
{{
== Rock Golem ==
Rock Golems have specical powers or restrictions.
Only Golems are eligible for this class.
}}

{{
== Genechip Golem ==
Genechip Golems have Health equal to the number of Genechips they posses divided by ten. If a Genechip Golem would Lose health e loses Genechips equal to ten times the health that e would lose instead. If a Player is in combat with a Genechip Golem that would loses Health then that player gains Genechips equal to ten times the amount of health that would be lost.
Only Golems are eligible for this class.
}}

{{
== Ballot Golem ==
At the end of each Nweek each Ballot Golem's Health is set to ten times the number of that Ballot Golem's proposals that passed. Each Ballot Golem then loses
Health equal to ten times the number of that Ballot Golem's proposals that failed.
Only Golems are eligible for this class.
}}

{{
== Shadow Golem ==
Shadow Golems have Health equal to ten times the number of Souls they
possess. If a Shadow Golem would lose Health e loses possession of
X randomly picked Souls from eir possesion where x equals the number of health that would be lost divided by 5 rounded down to the nearest intiger.
Only Golems are eligible for this class.
}}
