At the very least, it makes it easier for me to miss. But I can't see
a reason not to recognize it. So, Tweak #11 did in fact pass after
all.

It makes Rule 9-8/5, meaning that p98 actually made r9-8/6 and p110
actually made r9-8/7.

Banker, take note of the additional Genechips from both the tweak
passing and that the rules were slightly different at the start of
nweek 91.
