This is recognized as Tweak #7.

(A couple issues right off the bat: You spelled "recognized" wrong,
and the Rule is r0-0, not 0/0. Slashes represent version numbers.)

This seems a little odd to me... Recognizing events isn't officially
part of the Rules right now, I don't think, so I think I'd prefer it
to be worded that a posting to a public forum to create a Tweak must
have the word "tweak" in the subject of the posting in order to
succeed. Also, we might want to make it a part of a more general rule
of putting the portion(s) of the game that the public forum posts
affect in the subject somehow... Or maybe we ought to just do it as a
convention, as Wonko I think suggested, and not require making it into
some sort of rule.
