In rule 3-4 of the Ruleset, replace "When a Proposal changes from Open to Historical, each player who cast a vote on it gains 1A." with "When a Proposal changes from Open to Historical, each player who cast a vote of FOR or AGAINST on it gains 1A."

In rule 7-6 of the Ruleset, replace "three times" with "five times" wherever it occurs (raising the SP burning point).

Repeal r9-5 of the Ruleset. [[Bounties - again something that's never been used and doesn't seem very useful. ]]
