[s-b] [auto] BvS amends p92

BvS has amended p92.

---------------------------------
Proposal 92/1: Upgrades! New, Exciting, No Doubt Intending New Gridplay
A Standard Proposal by BvS
Last modified on nweek 89, nday 4

If Proposal 91 fails, replace all occurances of "Grid Period" in this proposal with "nweek".

Amend the "Special" section of rule 10-2 of the Rules or 1-2 of The Grid Rulebook, whichever exists, to read:
{{
Special energy must be allocated as stated in the definition of each Add-On to be activated.
}}

Create the following Add-Ons for Forts:

{{
__Sentry Gun__

Cost: 100 Genechips
Effect at purchase: Creates an object called a "Sentry Gun" on the Grid. This object is treated as though it were a fort with 20 sections and a range of 3. Sentry Guns cannot be upgraded with Add-Ons.
}}

{{
__Capacitors__

Cost: 150 Genechips
Cost to Activate: X Energy
Effect: Next Grid Period, you may use X additional energy. X cannot exceed the number of sections your Fort has.

{{
__Advanced Targeting__

Cost: 200 Genechips
Cost to Activate: 20 energy
Effect: Your Fort's Offense this Grid Period is multiplied by 1.5, rounded down to the nearest integer.
}}

{{
__Shield Overload__

Cost: 250 Genechips
Cost to Activate: 50 energy, destroy 15 fort sections
Effect: Your Fort's Defense this Grid Period is increased by 100.
}}

{{
__Steam Tower Upgrade__

Cost: 300 Genechips
Effect: Each Grid Period, you may move your Fort one Grid Square. Any objects in the square you move to are destroyed. When you move, a 12-sided die is rolled. On a 1, your Fort loses 100 Sections.
}}
