I think we need a way to vote "semi-for" something: if it passes only on semiphore votes, the effects happen but it doesn't get any bonuses. I think the content is good, but I really don't like giving out Genechips for absolutley everything, especially when the title doesn't make sense. What's so eminent about your vacation?
