I create a political party called the "Suberian Party."  Its platform
is as follows:

The Suberian Party believes in the original vision of Peter Suber, the
creator of Nomic.  The Suberian party holds that proposals and rule
changes that amend the mechanics of gameplay (namely voting,
proposing, and the like) are superior to those creating or amending
subgames.  The Suberian Party is not anti-subgame, but its members
prefer to focus on other facets of the Nomiverse, and subgame-related
proposals must be deemed to have Serious Merit to receive the votes of
Suberian Party members.
