Replace the second paragraph of rule 7-4 with:

Each type of Talisman may have a Price, which is a list of objects. 

Any player who has at least one of the objects in a given Talisman's price may contribute them to Forge a Hemisphere of Energy in eir possession. The Hemisphere becomes associated with the Talisman type mentioned above.

Any player who has an object in a Talisman's price that is not already in a given Hemisphere of Energy associated with that Talisman may put that object in any Hemisphere of Energy associated with that Talisman.

When a Hemisphere of Energy contains all the objects in the Talisman's price, it becomes a Ball of Energy with that Talisman associated to it. This destroys the objects spent for the price, except for Souls. Souls spent to Forge a Ball of Energy become Bound to that Ball (they cease to be Lost or Found, and cease to be in anyone's possession).

If a Hemisphere of Energy still exists one nweek after it was created then it is destroyed. The owner of a Hemisphere of Energy may destroy it at any time.

When a Hemisphere of Energy is destroyed, all Amplitude in it is destroyed as well, and all other objects are returned to the players that donated them.
