Each player has an attribute called eir Amplitude, which is an integer that is initially 0.

A single unit of Amplitude may be referred to as an Angstrom, denoted by a capital A. [[ As in, "Wonko gains 1000A"]]

When a Proposal changes from Open to Historical, each player who cast a vote on it gains 1A.

When a Proposal Passes, its owner gains 2A.
