There exists a game document known as BTidy.

In BTidy there exists a section with direct reference to an existing rule section in the game.
That section shall be named after the relevant rule section.
[[currently: Section 0: The Emergency Mechanism, Section I: Basics, etc...]]

Each section is reserved for making notes and comments relevant to that section.
These notes can include (but are not limited to):
* listing rules (in other sections) that have beeen amended to account for rules in this section. [[This allows for easier tidying when removing the rules section.]]
* ideas relevant to that section that you don't have time to follow up on.
* ideas relevant to that section that you don't want to word yourself.
* notes to inspire other players.

There is no Minister for this section and players may update this as they choose to.
