[s-b] Rules Tidiness

I use Executive Tidiness to make the following changes:

In rule 1855, change "the entity mus specify" to "the entity must
specify".

In rule 1902, change "Any player may pick any Fruit off of any Vine"
to be "Any player may pick any Fruit off of any Plant".
