[[I'm not sure if this is the best approach, but I think we need something to say that the Rules and only the Rules have power, and just repealing Rule 10 outright won't really fix that. So, here's an attempt to fix it. If someone sees a better approach, please let me know.]]

Amend Rule 10 in its entirety to be:

Amend Rule 14 by replacing all lowercase instances of the word "rules" in all lowercase with the same word "Rules" but with the initial letter capitalized. [[I hope this clarifies the paradox that a player needs to agree to the rules in order for Rule 10 to say that the rules must be followed, by clarifying that it is in fact our special Rules Game Documents that must be agreed to. I'm tempted to make this say just "Rule 10", but I don't see any harm in requiring an agreement to the entire rule set in the process.]]
