Add the following rule to the Book of Piece:

If conditions become such that no Player can make a legal move with any Piece on the Board, and no Player can make a new Piece on the Board, the Board is said to be In Gridlock. If the Board remains In Gridlock for 1 full nweek, remove all Pieces from the Board.
