Wiki's been updated to reflect Rodney's most recent move. Remember, 
there's no minister in charge of Political Go yet, so you need to keep 
updating the wiki yourselves until someone puts it under the 
jurisdiction of MiniBoard, which I think would be a good idea to do 
this nweek. MiniBoard is officially not responsible if a move you make 
in PGo is illegal because of bad board representation.
