Oops. Eheh. In that case, I place a Small Pewter Hat at d0. note that it
says 'placing a SPH under a house' is a legal move, it does not say that
this is the only way to create small pewter hats, or even a legal way to do
so. Under the current rules is seems quite clear that a SPH can only be
placed under a house once it has already been created (at the edge of the
board..)
