Create a rule:

A Public Display is a document [[possibly, but not necessarily, a body
of text]] containing information as specified by the Rules. Public
Displays must be reasonably accessible to all players.

The Public Metadisplay is a Public Display, containing a list of the
names and locations of all other Public Displays.

Remove the second-to-last paragraph of Rule 21 ("All Players should be
able to.."). [[It's made redundant below.]]

Amend Rule 214 to read:

The Wall Clock is a Public Display, containing the current value of the
Clock. If the Clock is Off, the Digital Watch is a Public Display,
containing the current value of the Watch.

Amend 625.C.4 to read:

There exists a Ministry of Twiddles. The Minister of Twiddles may be
referred to as "Twiddler". Twiddler is responsible for maintaining the
Ledger, a Public Display containging the correct and current amount of
Tildex each game entity possesses. Twiddler has no other powers except
as explicitly stated in the Rules.

Amend 625.C.7 to read:

responsible for keeping the Roster, a Public Display containing an
extremely current list of all players in the game; each player's name,
dimensions, and any attributes e has that aren't publicly visible

players, up to date.

Amend 625.C.9 to read:

current Ministers, and ensuring no ministry remains empty.

Amend Rule 1586, so that Public Display is capitalized.

Amend Rule 1729 to read:
