Zarpint: I've dug through my archives, and I can't find a prop entitled
"Ministry Cleaning." If you really really want to press the issue, I can
add it and restart voting AGAIN; if not, just resubmit it this nweek. (I
found where I recognized it, but it seems to have dislocated itself from
the database and my records for some odd reason. Beats me...)

rules don't seem to address this situation, which poses rather a
problem... I was dealing cards alphabetically, and got as far as "Mikie

means of handling this.
