For engaging in unbridled hostility towards other players, namely me, by engaging in a Chutzpah one-upping contest, I Kick Wild Card and SkArcher in the Ass.

Rationale: That sort of competition is the reason Levels were established in the first place; to prevent ridiculous increases in the precedence of rules. Since there's no other way to Kick them, and since this seems like a good Kickworthy action, and since "hostility" is in the eye of the beholder, and since I'm getting a mild headache since reading their proposals, I'm calling this hostility.
