[Spoon-business] Proposal: Fix the Force, Luke

It occurs to me that currently, the quickest way to advance to Jedi Master is to never use any Force powers. Therefore, I propose the following:

{{
Amend Rule 815/4 as follows:

Append to section A.1 the following text:
{{
Force Experience: Whenever a player uses a Force Ability, e gains a number of Force Experince Points (XP) equal to the number of Force Points spent on said ability. If a player's Force XP is ever below 0, it is set to 0.
}}

Amend section A.2.1 to read as follows:
{{
A.2.1 Untrained: An Untrained player may not use Force Abilities, and has no Force Points or Force XP. E has a Force Cap of 0, a Force Budget of 0, and a Force Recovery of 0. New players receive this Force Attribute upon entering the game.
}}

Amend section A.3 to read as follows:
{{
A.3. Walking The Path

A Player with the Force Attribute "Untrained" may not use Force Abilities. Any other player may spend 10 Force Points to give an Untrained player the Force Attribute "Padawan Learner".

A Player whose Force XP equals eir Force Cap advances to the next step of the Jedi Path, and eir Force XP is set equal to 0. A player may not advance from Jedi Master to Jedi Lord in this fashion. At the end of each nweek, if a player's Force XP is above 0, e loses Force XP equal to one-tenth of eir Force Cap.

If the Force XP of a player with the Force Attribute "Jedi Master" or "Jedi Lord" is greater than or equal to 20, e may permanently increase eir Force Budget or Force Recovery by 1; eir Force XP is then reduced by 20. [[ You've gotta have some way to continue to improve... ]]
}}
}}
