read:

Amend Rule 1244, sections B and C, to read:

B. At the beginning of each nweek, the Administrator picks 5 nonzero 
integers between -10 and 10 inclusive to be the 5 Numbers of the Number 
Game.

C. A player may Guess the Numbers by paying 5 points to the Administrator 
and posting to a public forum 5 integers. At the end of each nweek, the 
Administrator awards a number of points to each player equal to 5 raised to 
the n power, rounded to the nearest point, where n is determined as follows:

-n is initially set to zero for each player.
-For each number the player guessed the sign of correctly but got the 
magnitude wrong, n is increased by .25.
-For each number the player guessed the magnitude of correctly but got the 
sign wrong, n is increased by .5.
-For each number the player guessed where magnitude and sign were both 
correct, n is increased by 1.
