Remove items 1 and 3 from the numbered list in r905; renumber the 
remaining item accordingly.

This removes two things from the list of what is officially considered 
to be "Unbridled Hostility (TM)":

1. Thwocking, Whacking, Shooting, or Snapping one other player two or 
more times in any combination in one nweek

If the Flag goes through, I expect this to happen a lot. It's not 
hostility, it's just playing the game.

3. Naming a player defendant in three consecutive CFIs for no reason 
other than to keep them from judging those CFIs (If there's a reason, 
state it in the text of the CFI.) [ [What? No, I'm not thinking of 
anyuinone in partiuincular...] ]

The *only* reason for naming someone the defendant is to keep them from 
judging it. You might have a variety of reasons for wanting them not to 
judge - you think they're biased, you don't trust them, you're feeling 
spiteful - but all of these are different forms of 'to keep them from 
judging that CFI'.

BTW, Baron, you misspelled 'anyone' and 'particular' :)
