Regular Recognizer stuff:

* I (finally) update the INH Charter.

* bd rules TRUE on CFI 1438. Thus, it's TRUE per the Upper House.
  Orc's previous movements are unrolled, to the best of my ability to
  determine. E's back in the Siren's ZATR, but I honestly don't know if
  eir location is precise. Anyone with more time, or better search tools,
  is free to double-check me on this. Orc thus loses 25 points from a
  Shiny box e triggered, and one Basic Gnome, returned to the Grid.
* Wonko's subsequent ruling on that CFI has no effect, as the Upper House
  had already rendered judgment.

"The new Number Game" is p1467/0.


Nomvivor:
Anything McGee's vote cannot be counted, as e is not On the Island, was
not the last one Off the Island, and in general e has no place here.

Rob received two votes.
Iain received two votes.
Glotmorf received three votes.
Glotmorf is voted Off the Island (again).


The Mentor Pool is updated: Glotmorf and BvS receive ten points each for
successfully mentoring The Voice and Bridgeweaver, respectively. Wild Card
is removed from the Mentor Pool. The as-yet-unnamed player will eventually
receive Orc as a Mentor, once e actually declares a name.

"sam nichols" is not yet a player, as eir message doesn't have a formal
declaration of eir Nomic Name. (Gender and Race, while optional, are
recommended.)


NWEEK TRANSITION STUFF

Elections for the following are now concluded:
* Minister of Foreign Affairs (Ambassador) - Baron von Skippy wins.
  Of course, the office of Ambassador ceases to exist...
  The new rule is a bit fuzzy on when new Ambassador offices are created,
    but since there's a fair amount of discussion going on, I'll declare
    an open election for Ambassador to Thermodynomic.
  There is no Head Ambassador, since as far as I'm aware, there is not
  presently any Internomic-style organization in which we can participate.

* Minister of the Ordinance Survey (Grid minister) - Orc wins.

The Clock turns Off. Votes are counted.

Rocky drops a new Rock on the Grid. Complete with bonus Siren.
One Athame appears on the Grid. In the bottom of a very big hole.
One Ball of Wax appears on the Grid.
Curt and Rod move.

Robin is Hiding. (There isn't actually a legal way for Robin to become
Active again, since e went into Hiding as a result of an Apocalypse.)

The Bandwidth Gremlin is still Hiding. E becomes Active again next nweek.

The new Gremlin Number is 24.
The Gnome Factory produces one Tea Gnome, already placed on the Grid.
The Avatar just kinda stands there, mildly amused, for no good reason.

Barney moves. Orc tried to get away, but was yanked back by the justice
system. Orc, Barney. Barney, Orc. Hi. Say goodbye to twenty integrity from
that speeder. BvS' speeder is still Snuggled (-10 Integrity, it's in
pretty bad shape).

Nobody even tried to buy Wonko's votes, as far as I'm aware.

At long last, the Clock turns back On. Today is nweek 40, nday 1. Four
nyears. I suddenly feel old.
