To the proposal entitled "If it IS Broke, Fix It!", add the following:

- In the first paragraph of subsection A, change "Upgraded" to "Upgraded and/or Serviced".

- In the second paragraph of subsection A, change "Each Upgrade" to "Each Upgrade or Service", and "All upgrades" to "All upgrades and services".

- Replace the text of subsection A.1 with the following:

"Any player may upgrade or service an Airspeeder in eir possession provided that e has BNS equal to or exceeding the price of that upgrade or service, and WBE has Resources at least equal to the respective Resource Costs of the upgrade or service.  In addition, in the case of upgrades, the Airspeeder's remaining Upgrade Space must exceed or equal the Size of the upgrade, and the airspeeder being upgraded must not already have that upgrade.

When a player upgrades or services an Airspeeder in this fashion, e pays the price of the upgrade or service in BNS to WBE, WBE's Resources are decreased by the appropriate Resource Costs of the upgrade or service, and the Airspeeder gets the upgrade or service.  In addition, in the case of upgrades, the Airspeeder's Upgrade Space decreases by the Size of the Upgrade.

An Airspeeder must be at a Service Mall in order to receive an upgrade or service."
