Replace the text of Rule 625.C.5 with:

There exists a Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs (known as the Ambassador) must make contact 
with other Nomics and/or represent B Nomic in any multi-Nomic board, 
coalition, InterNomic spinoff, etc. that B Nomic is eligible to join and 
whose existence has been brought to eir attention. The former responsibility 
must be performed at least once every two nweeks. The latter responsibility 
is void if the rules of said multi-Nomic group do not allow it.

Each nweek, the Ambassador must give a report of their activities as 
Ambassador on a public forum by the end of nday 7 of that nweek. Other 
players may rate the performance of the Ambassador on their ballot, on a 
scale of 1-20. The Ambassador is then paid the average of these ratings as 
eir salary. If no players rate the Ambassador's performance, e recieves 10 
points as eir salary for that nweek.
