In rule 301, section F.8., replace "Gnome Account" with "Gremlin Fund."

In rule 1071, section A, replace "the Gnome Account" with "vSOI".

Add to section A.1. of rule 1081, "Drinking a Glass of Champagne raises a
player's BAC by 0.5. If the same player drinks more than two Glasses of
Champagne in the same nweek, the third glass and all subsequent glasses
instead raise the player's BAC by 1.5."

Insert between the second and third paragraphs of rule 1085 [[ Rule
Activation ]], as a new paragraph: "If a rule remains Deactivated for
three consecutive nweeks, that rule shall be repealed."
