[Spoon-business] Late Gnomes

First off, I amend R748, third paragraph, to read "At the start of each 
nweek, each member of vSOI shall recieve one random Gnome. If the Gnome 
Minister has not distributed said Gnomes by the beginning of nday 3, then 
each member of vSOI shall recieve one extra random Gnome for that nweek."

Yee-ha. 4 Gnomes per person.

Athena recieves: Earth, Summer, Weather, Wine
I recieve: British (2), Coffee, Ford Prefect
bd recieves: Alien, Bomb, Ice, Tea
Glotmorf recieves: Basic, Fire, Summer, Vodka
Squire of Dimness recieves: Earth (2), Grain, Water
Wild Card recieves: Ford Prefect, Grape, Summer, Winter
Wonko recieves: Bomb, Fire (2), Water

I recognize all of that.
