I make this proposal:

substance is Coffee.  If any player is adjacent to
Lake Caffine, e may buy a Cup of Coffee for 3 points. 
If any player enters Lake Caffeine, e gains 3
Activity, 20 Entropy, loses 5 BAC, and gains the
attribute "Wired" for 2 nweeks.  If a player who is
Wired enters Lake Caffine, e becomes Dead.[[overload]] }}
