[Spoon-business] The Daily Recognizer (Saturday afternoon)

Dear Goddess, I think I'm finally caught up. Now I can get back to looking
for a job. ;)

PROPS :::

"Crime Doesn't Pay" is 1072/1.
"Bailing the Water, Not Fixing The Hull" is 1123/0. (Not subsequently
revised: Rule 1085 covers rule deactivation quite nicely.)
"When Nine Hundred Years Old You Reach..." is 1124/0.
"...Look As Good You Will Not" is 1125/0.
"vSET Does Stuff" is 1126/0.
"IT" is 1127/0. It is weird. It is a pain in the arse to convert to HTML.
                It is totally bloody pointless.
"hands" is 1128/0, 1128/1.
"Corporate B-Nomic" is 1129/0.
"Okay, the World Revolves Around You This Nweek" is 1130/0.
"Let's Get the Ball Rolling..." is 1131/0.

NUISANCES, ER, GRID STUFF :::

Wonko strip-mines a bunch of squares with things that weren't really
intended to be strip-mined. The surfaces and such are on the Grid page.
For most locations Wonko strip-mined, there are rules stating, in about as
many words, that something *does* exist there, and that take precedence
over the strip-mining rule, so I'm ruling that the Casino and the Temples
get automagically re-created.

That does mean there is no Football any more. Shame, that. And one of the
bonus boxes gets randomly relocated.

Wonko spends 525 BNS and accrues 215 Resource Units.

Never one to miss out on the action, BvS strip-mines eight Service
Malls. This costs 600 BNS and accrues 205 Resource Units.

Orc cannot buy an Airspeeder, as e does not have enough points to do so.

bd speeds around, and flies over a Shiny Box (+25 points).

BIGGER NUISANCES, ER, SOCIETY STUFF :::

Orc joins The Secret Mookies, and WMNV joins OrcTech.
The Secret Mookies' charter is revised.
"Plan B" is not created, as its creation was specified after nday 5.
(Under another clause of that same rule, "Wonko gets points" never
existed. Mea culpa.)
"The Scared Masses" is not created, for the same reason.
(Yes, I did in fact check the relevant timestamps, and compared them to
Writs of Delay, and I'm pretty bloody sure this is correct. Feel free to
pimp-slap me if I'm wrong.)
M-Tek revises its charter.
WBE revises its charter.

CFIs :::

Athena's "charters vs. the Default Case" CFI is 1122, assigned to 404notfound.

THE ECONOMY :::

Wonko fails to Go Public, since e failed to state a purchase price for eir
stock. (Even if none of 'em are actually for sale, you still have to state
their purchase price. Sorry, chumley.)

LEFTOVERS :::

WMNV (dude, you need a shorter and/or less ambiguous name) sets a gender.
Squire gives 3 points and a Fire Gnome to WMNV.
bd borrows 10 points from Luigi and gives 'em to Orc.
Wonko goes On Leave, but then comes back in fairly short order. (414)

Squire goes On Leave, giving eir full proxy to BvS. (Dude. You can't do
this to me. I mean, I have to have this game to lord over your head so I
can crash in your apartment in December after the concert.) (If you're not
Squire, that won't make any sense.)

The Voice goes On Leave, giving eir proxy to Orc.

SOE COUNTER :::
(Ignore the numbers. They make sense to me.)
If anyone has recognized a SOE and I didn't notice, yell. (You may want to
yell quickly, as voting for this nweek will start in, oh, a few hours.)

Wonko (1, 356)
bd (2, 378)
Squire (3, 549)
