Mr. A...there's what appears to be a typo in the WBE charter.  The fifth paragraph reads:

"The Boss can mandate any society action of WBE, including the changing of its If at any time WBE has no Boss, the employee who has been an employee thecharter. longest becomes the Boss."

It should in fact be two paragraphs, which read:

"The Boss can mandate any society action of WBE, including the changing of its charter.

If at any time WBE has no Boss, the employee who has been an employee the longest becomes the Boss."
