In Rule 256, replace the last paragraph of subsection B.4, with the following:

If at any time the Gremlin Fund has zero points and no Player has a nonzero Debt, Luigi goes into Hiding.  Luigi becomes Active again if the Gremlin Fund has more than zero points.

[[ The prior version of the paragraph was a holdover from before the Gremlin Fund.  Since Luigi now uses the Gremlin Fund for his loans, he himself never possesses points. ]]
