if, at any time, proposal 716 fails and I have not rescinded this action, I
evict myself from the HOOP and change my vote on the LOOP Charter Prop to
NO.

There. I'm sick of trying to figure out how these things work. Y'all agree
not to fine me 30 points, and I'll agree not to try to exploit Charter Props
anymore (for the moment, at least). I'm working on a more specific Charter
Prop rule right now. We'll see what happens.
