spoon-business: The casino(and my first prop!)

Create the following BEEF delimited proposition:

Create a rule with the following PORK delimited text:

There exists a passable SO known as the Casino. It is located at 10,12 on the 
Grid. It can be in one of two states: Open or Closed. Itsm inital state is 
Open.

If at any time the Gremlin Fund drops below 150 points, the Casino's state 
becomes Closed. At the end of each nweek, if the Gremlin fund contains at 
least 250 points, the Casino's state becomes Open.

If a Player occupies the same square as the Casino, and the Casino is Open, e 
can place a bet of any even number of points that is greater than or equal to 
10 and less than or equal to 50 and less than or equal to the number of 
Points they possess. Those points are transferred to the Gremlin fund. 2d6 is 
rolled for the Player and the Casino. If the Player rolls higher, 1.5 * 
(number of points bet) is transferred from the Gremlin fund and to the 
Player.

Players are allowed to Bet only once per nday.
