I propose the following:

If proposal 379 passed, in the rule created by proposal 379, replace the
DOH delimeted text:

Unless e is On Leave, at the end of the first nday of every nweek a player
loses 0.1 respect for every point e has. If a player is On Leave at the
end of the first nday of an nweek, one nday after e becomes Off Leave e
loses 0.1 respect for every point e has.

with the CORRECT delimeted text:

CORRECT
Unless e is On Leave, at the end of the first nday of every nweek a player
who has taken a Vow of Poverty loses 0.1 respect for every point e has. If
a player who has taken a Vow of Poverty is On Leave at the end of the
first nday of an nweek, one nday after e becomes Off Leave e loses 0.1
respect for every point e has. 
CORRECT

If a player's respect was lowered by the rule created by proposal 379, 
increase eir respect by an amount equal to the loss caused by the rule.

[[ Basically, if you lost any respect this fixes it.  So if you were
*thinking* about voting YES on 379 but didn't due to my stupidity, well,
here's the fix, no harm done, please reconsider your vote :) ]]
