I amend my proposal entitled:
__Run, Run, As Fast As You Can!__
To replace the word nweek wherever it occurs with Checkpoint, and then to
add the following:

Amend rule 301 to replace the word 'nweek' in the last two paragraphs with
'Checkpoint' and insert the following paragraph between the third to last
and second to last paragraphs:

'From the beginning of the first day of each nweek to the end of the 5th day
is called a Checkpoint. The beginning of the 6th nday of each nweek to the
end of the 10th day is also a Checkpoint.'
