Antonio's proposal is not, in fact, recognized, because e is on Forced
Leave, and can't make that proposal until e returns.

In other news, I re-wrote the Roster page (it's not nearly as sucky now)
and the whole Grid database (though the changes should be invisible to
everyone but me).
