spoon-business: Fixing the mess

Okay Scoff!, let's see if I can't set the wheels in motion to rectify this
problem.

Point 1: I'm going by uin's idea that we have 2 threads of game state, and
I'm going to play my actions into both. If you don't like it, well, I'm
just playing CYA. (Well, the admin just mandated the multiple threads
thing, so I'm cool)

Action 1
--------
If there is no player named Bean in this game, I join the game under the
name "Bean".

... now that I'm in the game for sure ...

Action 2
--------

I submit the following CFJ:

Statement: The players Antonio, Baron von Skippy, Bean, Congenital
Optimist, Dan, Glotmorf, Iain, Rob, The Voice, Uncle Psychosis, Wonko did
not resign.

I name Scoff! as defendant for this CFJ.

Analysis: Rule 18 reads: "Whatever is not prohibited or regulated by the
Ruleset is permitted and unregulated", and in CFJ 251 was interpreted to
mean that if there was *any* regulation of an action that was considered
to be sufficient to detatch Rule 18 from that action. Rule 14 reads "A
Player may forfeit at any time by declaring publicly eir intention to do
so." The key word here is "eir" which implies that a player must make
their OWN forfeit. This word also regulates who may declare the player's
intention to forfeit. Therefore Rule 18 does not apply to the action
that Scoff! took in attempting to get players to forfeit, and so it is
prohibited. Therefore we're all still in the game.

Action 3
--------

I rule on CFJ 321:

I judge this statement to be TRUE.

Analysis: *This* is an instance where Rule 18 applies. Go for it. Kill
all the Gremlins you like...

---Actions Complete---

Now, if someone could chime in to judge the CFJ by declaring their
conditional joining the game, we can clear up this mess.
