PROPOSAL: "Ass kicking is encouraged"

If a rule named __Kick in the Ass__ exists, amend the rule by inserting the 
following text as the penultimate paragraph:

When a Kick in the Ass is recognized by the Administrator, the player who 
delivered the Kick receives 5 points and gains the attribute "Kicker of 
Asses" for the duration of one nweek. Any player who successfully delivers 
three or more Kicks in the Ass in a single nweek receives an additional 10 
points, awarded upon the recognition of the third Kick in the Ass, and 
gains the attribute "Supreme Kicker of Asses" for the duration of three nweeks.

C'mon, ass-kicking should be recognized and rewarded as the art form it is.
